It's highly sensitive to RAM performance with those CPU's because they don't have a lot of cache

many people run automatic overclocks like XMP

i don't recommend any kind of automatic overclocking personally, and part of that comes from a popular Asus board which nearly instantly killed my first 8700k when applying XMP. It happens a lot more often than you'd think, and has been an issue on the current gen platforms from both Intel and AMD.

I am just saying if you have two systems with 10600k's and one has 40% more FPS than the other, it can easily be due to memory overclocking

Changing frequencies and timings is harmless by itself, the main issue is that whenever you touch anything like that (or especially apply an automatic overclocking profile) virtually every motherboard will set multiple CPU voltages far over spec. For example on AM5 the spec SOC voltage is 1.05v, but when the frequency setting was changed my motherboard set it to 1.45v every time i entered the BIOS unless i manually went and changed it back.

SA, IO, SOC, VDDIO etc can be damaging or even instantly lethal to the cpu itself

Only to an extent, normal operation causes slow degradation over time (the CPU's are set up at spec so that this amount isn't enough to make them fail over the warrantied lifespan) but if you dial up voltages, that process is accelerated. If you go even higher stuff can instantly fail.

It says that CPU is ddr4 so it can support 3200mhz if not it's either the ram isn't fast enough or it's something funky and you should maybe look into updating your bios and see if after doing that id let you select a the correct expo for your ram
