Like Mark said - It's the least path of resistance to just pay the import duties, get a receipt and reach out to us. Cause clearly some miscommunication occured somewhere.

If you don't pay the import fees, the package will likely be returned to us, and we'll have to ship it back out. A refund of double import duties is a lot easier to resolve 🙂
