Besides that the first factor only works if you get rid of the usb port, which is not only used for charging.

Most modern laptops with display out over usb-c can support 2 screens, they may just require a dongle that works with that but that's about it.

I think the aptera doesn't look too terible with speed bumps, the covers are not large enough to be a real problem for that.

is 4k 27" but 30Hz refresh rate (it's 1.4 hdmi so doesn't support 60 Hz the monitor itself supports it) okay if i wont do video editing or gaming? or is it still annoying

I find 30Hz for pc desktops to feel really sluggish as you will see the mouse lagging behind your mouse.

It works fine, but just feels bad. If this is a secondary monitor for watching YouTube or reading whilst the important stuff happens on the primary ai would say it's fine
