It will over time increase wear and tear, but it's built to handle that. Any issues with the USB connector under regular usage is covered by warranty for the full 4 year period

If you mean the wooting side, the only thing to be worried about is the clips, in terms of keyboard it will survive many power cycles.

LEDs slowly lose brightness over time. However since its slow, and they only produce white light light that gets filtered by the lcd you simply don't notice as compared to oleds
After a few years the lower brightness can become obvious as compared to a new tv, however you could replace the leds to restore brightness. Or do what that one guy did and get super bright leds that needs to be watercooled so you csn use the tv in direct sunlight.
