I haven't seen Iron Lung but I have played the game and it seems easier for an amateur to make an Iron Lung movie than a Bloodborne movie. A Bloodborne movie will surely need to be far more elaborate with several characters, lots of sets and costumes and CGI etc. since it's a very grand game

Most games don't really need it as PS5 discs can hold 100GB compressed data.

Some publishers just don't use it even if the game could fit with no issues.

By far the worst atm is Switch 2, Switch 2 is basically dead.
