dude actually put in effort unlike other people. i told him there's a splitter in the house and he went and looked for it behind wall plates and in closets etc then went in the attic and took it out and replaced the connectors there and where my modem is, and replaced connectors outside that failed, and put a pad since he removed the splitter so it made the signal at my modem too hot
