it was noticable as a pc main I'll say, but back in the day we had different references so it didn't bother most people much
if anything most people were blown away by its graphics at the time

I have played the PC and PS1 version of RE1 and I definitely prefer PC visuals mainly because it doesn't have the heavy wobbliness

a pc with the right specs would outright slaughter a console back then though, it wasn't as even as it is now
its a quirk of the psx system afaik, a lot of games had those wobbly models
