You have just over a month of time between gold and release, which is a lot of potential bugfixing.

Mechanics are brain dead simple and usually the map and gameplay keeps me interested for a good while

My copy of Deus Ex was 1.0, which had a gamebreaking issue with large HDDs. It would read the available space as overflow into negatives, making it impossible to save normally (only one quicksave slot and no autosaves)

Didn't manage to patch it until a year later via PC Gamer, who included a bunch of game patches for the most popular games.
