Unfortunately, Wooting has no say over how fees and charges get levied by the parcel carriers when shipments are sent DDU (incoterm: Delivery Duties Unpaid)

There are a number of countries for which importing our products is prohibitively expensive, we wish that were not so...

In the case of Chile, I'm not exactly sure what the expectation should be for the total of taxes, duties, and administrative fees - I have a lot of countries' info bouncing around in my head but that isn't one of them.

If you feel you are being charged an unreasonable amount from the parcel carrier, I would suggest you do one of two things:
