Most pro players don't use the most sensitive settings, they stick to 0.3-0.4mm since it gives them more control. Most sensitive settings can mess with your strafe timings, causing you to shoot before fully stopping.

Yeah, try 1mm actuation and 0.4-0.5mm rapid trigger, then decrease it gradually. If you have misinputs with low rapid trigger settings, turn on separate press/release sensitivity in Wootility and increase release sensitivity slightly.

Mouse is not the same. Wooting keyboards need a lot of power to function properly and your USB port or cable isn't supplying enough power for it. This causes phantom presses and other issues.
I'd recommend trying a different USB cable in this case, if that doesn't resolve the issue, try restoring the keyboard, make sure to save your profiles first:
Unplug your keyboard, then hold the top-right and the bottom-right keys. While holding them, plug the keyboard back in. After that, press 'Reset Device' in Wootility > Help > Troubleshoot.
