AVR will never achieve full parity, because it doesn't have the same memory space allowance. You will have some minor features missing.

Due to the shape of the enter keycap, the stabilizer has to be in a spot that makes the LED not line up perfectly.

The stem is centered on the switch. How would rotating it do anything? As per their support thread, this is most likely a case of their aftermarket keycaps having a higher tolerance, and the stem isn't getting a good grip, so they need to add a bit of material

Honestly if you're serious about it, I'd look for a local car painter workshop or something like that. It's a pricy metal case, and a pain if you make any mistakes.

ANSI is prebuilt and with ANSI keycaps preinstalled, the strap you'll have to put on yourself.
ISO is prebuilt, but does not come with keycaps.

The MODULE is DIY assembly.
