I tried them for a couple of days now, 2 of them in a noisy industrial environment. the ANC is really solid, on Ultra setting a 230V heat gun right in front of me turns from a blare into a whisper, and a BT speaker on full blast right next to me becomes a non-issue.

initially I was not very taken with the sound, but it grew on me. they sound boxy, clear, and present. coffee with milk and sugar. aforementioned presence may not be suitable to every taste, since while they sound pleasantly V-shaped, "laid-back" is not an adjective I'd use. soundstage is also not impressive; gets better with a little EQ bump between 3-4 khz, which also overemphasizes vocals in some tracks.
so, I will tinker with them for a while. but that does not mean the sound is bad, far from it, it's fucking fantastic for 30 dorrar and you will find much worse shit for much more money.
they do very good with hi-tech psytrance, and okay to good with anything else, and I tried a lot of genres (yes, even that one).

battery goes from 100 to 70 % over a full work day, using ANC, LDAC and volume mostly at or near full blast, so 20-24 hours is realistic. they're light and sit well on the head, so you're not likely to experience ear fatigue.

the worst I can say about them is that you have to use an app for them that isn't on google play, but the company hosts it on mediafire (lol).

tl;dr 30bux headphones worth every penny, perfect for work

Finally finished the Blacklist. And I gotta say - It really does hold up. Well at least for the first seven seasons. The eight season is definitely rushed hard, because one of the leads left. And uh... honestly if you're going to watch it, you can and probably should skip the last two seasons.

Finished watching Nancy Drew (The 2019 version), and it was quite good. Such a rarity to find a TV series that actually ends intentionally in the script, and doesn't end of a weird "Netflix cancelled us" esque cliffhanger, or felt like it was told to keep making seasons after its main premise was over.

Did not going into it expecting it to be Ghostbusters: Maine, but it worked pretty well overall.

Also jumped into that new Skeleton Crew thing that SW spat out and... well the first scene is really cool. Space pirates doing space pirate things - and then the hammer drops. This is a show about kids. Yeah not my jam at all 😄

Im on my first re-watch currently on S4 E2. I think the first few episodes make it VERY clear that even with family at heart he always deep down wanted to do it out of pride

If he had his family in mind he would probably like most people have swallowed his pride and went to work at graymatter under treatment
