Feedback in general about the launch: Please communicate promises and details you can keep. Numerous updates about adjustments in assembly line or some issues with warehouses gives chaotic big picture. I know everybody are just trying to do best job and communicate openly but you get the idea.

Though high polling rates can cause higher CPU usage which means you could get slightly lower FPS. Additionally 1000hz will be roughly 1ms response time on key presses and 8000hz would be .125ms

you have to play at a very high dpi for it to make any sense to play at 8k. most people play at much lower dpi, where it's practically impossible to see a difference. i've seen a lot of tests on this and they all say the same thing. my own experience matches the tests. It's just marketing with the 8k, nobody needs it.

To be fair, if you had offered the Italian layout, I would've bought it ISO, but since it's basically a minority of a minority I understand why you aren't, and also I would've probably ended up getting the ANSI anyways due to the infinite amount of possibilities that ISO doesn't offer

I feel like adding ISO layouts as an afterthought will not be worth at all, mainly because people that don't care about the legend can just grab any ISO layout you offer and use that, and for those that care they either buy an aftermarket keycap set or move to ANSI instead, I imagine that if you add it now people would already either have bought another keycap set or they would be on ANSI which would require buying a new PCB altogether and possibly the whole keyboard since I don't think the ANSI case fits the ISO PCB
