it has nothing to do with 'punishment' if you live closer to a warehouse or a store its being sold from, its logical it gets to you closer, since the step it needs to take to get to you is shorter? If I order something from the USA at the same time as someone who lives there, they will get it faster since they live there. It's nothing personal or prioritizing something based on location.
The shipment parcels will get stacked up and need to be picked up by the delivery service. once they pick it up it will get distributed to continue the journey to your shipping address.

That 0.15mm is how much you have to lift a key from any position to consider the key "lifted"

so you can lift it a fraction of a mm and then press down again and it's a new keystroke

when the keyboard initializes like your system powers on or it's plugged in the hall sensors read the resting position of the key by a reading caused by the magnet inside the switch

so if i have my actuation at -0.10mm and my rapid trigger is set to -0.20mm that would mean, if I press my key down to -0.15mm ANY AMOUNT of moving it up, including 0.05mm would register a release? Because it's above -0.20mm

the switch has a magnet embedded into the stem which travels up and down when the key is pressed

and data is collected by a hall sensor

the microcontroller stores said resting position of each key in memory

and will trigger a release when it hits that threshold

they only choose 0.15mm for rapid trigger because it's the most stable

and becoming more sensitive is not beneficial to gameplay

as you could breathe on the keys and trigger them or rattle the keyboard

or the press from surrounding keys
