Requested to split my White-Zinc-V1 Case out of the order and or wait for V2 at a later point. Yesterday support reached out to me and added the PCR Frost Case, so I can enjoy the 80HE sooner. I opted to get the White-Zinc-V2 Case once it is been developed (color white coating issues purple shimmering etc.). I will have to pay extra shipment (willingly pointed that out in my support ticket) but my request has been handeled 100%. 5/5 Stars @ Wooting. It took 5 weeks for the reply but they did it and I will get my 80HE soon. I wish you guys all the best of luck to get the White-Zinc-V1 this week confirmed and I will restrain from posting pictures.

I understand Wooting needed the funding to build the product and a lot of that happened during the founders edition. Again I knew it was a pre order and I got a PCR and a Zinc one, both have been dragging, yes I do appreciate the transparency and telling us the issues they encounter, it's all kudos to the team, but it does not remove any of the frustrations.
