well, the issue is the case being crooked and not sitting flat on a flat surface so i figured just the case replacement would suffice, but I was offered to send in the whole thing

now that i re-read the email though there is mention of wanting to investigate it, which probably involves not just checking what happened to the case, but also ruling out that it's not some other component causing it to deform

Hi i just got my 80he and im trying to make an rgb profile where the static color is white and when keys are pressed it creates a ripple effect with another color. Right now when im editing on wootility i cant seem to set a static color. when i customize the ripple effect it just changes to that color

hmm my X key (lekker v2 60g on 80he) just started feeling weird. opened it up but idk. it doesn't feel scratchy exactly; it's as if a tiny bit of the plastic came off or some part of the spring warped. pressing down at a bit of an angle makes it feel like like rubbing a sharp object against the grooves on a record. too tired too look now. i just replaced it with an extra.

was pretty sudden too. perfect then suddenly just felt like crap lol. starting to think its the spring.

I have my own profile and left the Rapid profile as is. My own profile has all RGB disabled. Now when i sometimes accidently hit F13/Mode i switch to Rapid profile which has a red indicator light bar and when i switch back to my non rgb profile it stays red from previous profile

Well. My delivery adress is my work location. We get packages form every delivery service out there: DHL, DPD, Hermes, UPS, GLS.
If one is missing I can personally kick that delivery guy in the ass, because he has to visit me quite often. 😄

Weight of switches is so personal thing that it's hard to say what one likes. I've often noted that people don't for example consider that different sized person can have far different sized hands and fingers too, so that alone can affect a lot on whether you prefer super light switches, or want there to be bit weight. Outside that it's also matter of learning and getting used to. Bit heavier spring may give you bit more "control" through the whole movement as it is not too light, but it can also give fatigue to some.
