About the white case: I would try to talk to someone directly, and see your options. Does it mean they need the whole product back, if it's a fully built white case keyboard then maybe as it becomes hard to manage if you just send case, but maybe they don't and it's worth to ask? That said, if you're happy with it as is, it's not likely to somehow get worse on it's own randomly. If it does, you do have always the warranty in it too, and they seem very keen on taking any contact seriously if something does happen. They just noted there are cases where it does not come as good as they want it to be, so they are trying to find better way for the future.

The only 3 reasons I would give it a 9.5 is because I can't recommend it for people who EXCLUSIVELY want it for FPS, because I don't play those, some of the paint chipping issues found in reviewer units (which i think has been dealt with), and the price is very high so you would have to both justify it for yourself.

I would say probably 10/10 from a personal perspective (in a vacuum) and a 9.5/10 from a general perspective. Would I recommend it to an FPS ONLY player? No. Would I recommend it to someone who plays at least 2/3 FPS, Rhythm/Precision Platformers, and Racing? Yep.

Just beware of paint chipping, which is covered by warranty, don't panic if it happens, Wooting has it covered

if you mod it to hell and go with custom switches and stuff, sure, it's better than anything out there. but stock configuration is what most people use and I feel like there's so many things to improve on right now

when it comes to white things in general, may it be your keyboard/clothing/furniture; you just gotta be careful that damage or dirt/stains/scratches are seen more "easily" compared to something thats black or gray.

But that doesnt mean that the white zinc is a snowflake that will get bruised by the slightest touch, take good care of it, and you'll be fine :)
