Coming back with an update: this has to be some sort of firmware/hardware problem, because I have the same thing happening on multiple PCs while using the Wooting cable, only by physically removing the button that gets spammed a lot or disabling it in the software fixes the problem; if the physical magnet gets even remotely close to the magnet socket the keyboard goes crazy again
