Not really true. For instance in CS2 all the pro's don't want the 60HE+ because they buy with F-keys. The 80HE will be their end game right now. We have many pre-orders of the 80HE going to top 15 CS teams.

I don't think I can help more than the "debugging" I suggested already. My last suggestion would be to try different actions (eg. keys a and b instead of shift and - and see if it behavesany different) or switch the DKS tick settings between the no ticks / 30 ticks / 60 ticks. I can't try to reproduce either, I still have to wait 2 months to get my keyboard.

and the only reason they have tons of preorders is because they got more popular in the last 2 years and with the amazing 60HE and ppl want new stuff from good companys but yeah... in my Opinion the 80HE is a flop for competitive gaming it is to big... and not talking about the layout only all the stuff between the keys and the borders could be 1-2 cm smaller and everything would be great...
