Yeah. The only way to get Zinc Alloy Raw is to get the module. If you want other cases, getting preassembled is actually better because for the same or less money, you get the switches and the keycaps.

Misconception - It is not a dust cover. It's a protective plastic piece to help keep the switches and keycaps safe during transport.

magnetic flux tests for example don't mean much because being stronger/weaker magnet doesn't neccessarily mean good or bad

They press the switch to the bottom and wiggle it, the smaller the change in magnetic flux the more stable it's likely to be.

since those are the current tightest stem. Honestly though we're reaching a level of wobble where i don't know why we're measuring wobble anymore

Some keyboard drivers can be set to an accuracy of 0.01，may be test for that

all of them have a deadzone setting they add because 0.01 isn't usable without it

Hi, I've now decided that I will pre-order the 80he.
Now I only have to decide if I will take the keycaps straight from Wooting, or buy 3rd party ones from somewhere else.

I tried to look online a little about where to buy keycaps, but honestly, it's so overwhelming (seeing as this is my first time ever looking at 3rd party keycaps) there are 1000 sites to buy from and all of have so many variants and things to check.

Any tips for trying to find compatible nice keycaps "easily", or do I just need to endlessly comb through some websites?
I'm from Nordic Europe (Finland), am not on a tight budget (I'd like to get at least same quality as included double shot PBT)

Expect to pay a fair bit for aftermarket keycaps, if you want ISO Nordic.

Anything that isn't American ANSI pays a premium, because of the much lower potential sales.
You're most likely buying a base set as well as a NorDe (Nordic/DE German) extra kit.

ISO is the physical layout of keys. L shaped Enter.
Without ISO keys, you're not filling out a keyboard.

Without Nordic keys, the letters won't match up to what your keyboard does.
