Personally I prefer not to swap keyboards, so if one keyboard fits all of my needs, that's a huge plus. And so far I've gotten by quite nicely with every Wooting keyboard since the Wooting One.

low actution typing experience on fully linear keys. I have an auto immune issue that makes it really bad if I bottom out my keys all day, and uncomfortable to have tactile style keys after a day of use. hall effect sensors with super low actuation let me barely feather the keys to type.

It took me about two minutes to swap cases the last time. It is like 5 screws or so like the 60HE, and then a single ribbon cable (which is a little tricky but perfectly doable with patience)

the main difference is the layout. if you want a 60% go with the 60HE, if you want a (nearly) tkl layout go with the 80HE. Yes, the 80HE has 8k hz but that's not the main factor you should consider when choosing between the two
