Depends on your setup. I'd argue that the shorter, coiled cable looks cleaner a lot of the time, if the PC is right next to your mouse on the desk.

The stock one will have a lot of slack that's just laying there.

Take a look at razer.
A big company that sells huge amount of keyboards in israel.
This is the quality you get. After 2 years with the same keyboard the Hebrew wears off and there is no replacement keycaps on the market what so ever.

as silly as it might be, it's the same issue every non native english speaker faces, it's somewhat difficult to get a custom set of keycaps with your native lettering, but it's also a thing that not many people care about

most people who are willing to spend extra $$ on custom keycaps and fancy keyboards know how to touch type, so you kinda end up as a unicorn among unicorns, a person within niche hobby that needs a specific language, etc

i wish i could offer some solution, but there's kinda none unless you're okay without see through or having some meh laser etched keycaps, at this point it might even be sensible to just buy a new keyboard from razer or steelseries

Depends on a few things.

If you bought the MODULE, then you'll have to screw the PCB and case together.
If you have ISO or JIS, you'll have to put the keycaps on the keyboard yourself.

for the 80he we introduced it for people on ancient system where an 8kHz keyboard can in theory cause issues

I read a few people customized their 60he with Aluminum cases. I'm really not an expert in this field and just wanted to know if there's a difference between Zinc or Aluminum, or if theres a difference between getting one externally or from Wooting,

Due to the format it will be quite a long time (if it happens) for non wooting metal cases to be a thing

60he was unique in that the format was widely spread and the mounting method is shared (which makes easy swaps possible). None of the non 60% keyboards share these features in the same way, making 3rd party case swaps much less widespread
