I don't think the waiting is the frustrating part, I think for me its not having any estimated date of arrival.

It's entirely possible that UPS does in fact have it, but hasn't scanned it. It's also possible that something went wrong either at UPS or at our fulfillment center.
If it is ultimately determined that the shipment is lost or fails to deliver, we make sure to reserve extra "buffer stock" to deal with that kind of situation

for me dhl updated the tracking less than 24 hours after the label was printed, so I'd say it's more likely a ups problem than a problem at the fulfilment center

I'm pleased. Wooting's original estimate was the 17th.

Wooting's revised estimate (after rushing the travel cases to not delay shipments of other items) was a range of dates originally 10-12 and then revised to 12-14, but it's meeting the 12.
