For pre order items, do we get an email to confirm address before it can shipped or do we have to make an account? I put an order in a week ago with a preorder item and after checking order status (via order status webpage using order #) it's said "Ready at our warehouse/being packed" since last week but today I decided to make an account and it said I had to confirm shipping address (but I never got an email), is that normal?

When a preorder or backorder is ready to ship, an automated email gets sent out informing the customer that they can confirm their shipping address is still accurate, and submit the order into queue.

If the customer never does this, they it will automatically get shipped roughly a week after it's ready to go. The exact timing is based on the most efficient opportunity for the fulfillment center, as opposed to "as quickly as possible." This is particularly relevant when there are large batches of items arriving at once, as the fulfillment center can only ship a certain number of orders per day

Typically takes no more than 3 days, but not out of the ordinary for it to take up to a week. Any more than a week, and there is either a backlog at fulfillment or something amiss with your specific order (address issue or similar)

You're welcome to reach out to our support to check in on it, that way once your ticket gets picked up, it's either "you're order has already shipped, enjoy!" or "this thing was missing/incorrect/causing an issue, please help us fix and/or we've fixed it and it's good to go"

and my space bar was mint. the stabilizers worked fine my keycaps were a bit thick so i extra lubed them and it was fine. but if you have the right keycaps i bet it works prefectly fine
