Give me a moment because I think I have this exact label problem too. I probably reached out to Wooting support via the hub on the same day as @hallow geyser And I know for a fact that if I remember it right and I stated this in the email to Wooting or the support delio I mean that there is an "a" of the address 1 that got misplaced... And that is probably what must have caused all of this I have yet to her from Wooting and it has been 4 days since it arrived back at the sender... I don't know what to do now...

And am scared I might have to wait 6 months again...

I really do not want to have to cancel my order... I was literally a misplaced alphabetical "a" short of receiving my Wooting 80HE...

I did contact support. I am just wondering if this is just an issue for people who have a house number with a letter and then an address line 2...

Hey guys didn't know about this thread but found out through a reddit comment so I am posting my issue here as well:
I ordered early December, when all the individual items displayed in stock status up until I payed. Then my order was marked preorder. I was assigned a batch, waiting on the frost pcr case with expected delivery 10-25 January. Then my batch changed to beloega and the expected date to 15-25 February. Yesterday my batch changed yet again. The wooting hub now says I am waiting on the lekker 60 with batch Nijlpaard, but the switches are in stock on the site, ready to ship?
