Just got an update a few minutes ago and it’s currently in a town that’s about 6 hours away drive time. Snow isn’t expected to begin until 10pm CST. Since I live in the capital city of my state, our department of transportation is based here. They’ve already put multiple layers of salt down on the roads in preparation for the storm. if the package makes it into the local fulfillment center in my town before snowfall then I’d actually be pretty confident that they’d get it delivered by Monday evening as local deliveries shouldn’t be too affected within town. that being said, current predictions for the total amount of snowfall from 10pm tonight to 6am Monday is up to 13 inches of a mixture of snow and sleet. There’s also weather advisories for bad road ice.

Probably got sorted into the wrong bulk container, or the bulk container was loaded onto the wrong flight, and was returned back to the departing sorting facility to get reworked. This is quite common in parcel logistics

I was kinda doubting that the order would actually be sent out, but ordered without cancelling my pre-order. But I realized I made a mistake in my email address so reached out to support, who transferred my order and showed me that it was sent out. I let them cancel the pre-order for me after doublechecking it was sent out. I also got a wrist rest too.

Confused on why this would be sent so fast over the pre-order, but at this point, I'm just grateful that it worked out.

I’m glad support was able to help! No one has seemed to want to help me unfortunately, maybe they saw my messages in the chat lol. Jokes aside there’s honestly bigger things to be concerned with but it is frustrating that I couldn’t buy help from a wooting team member but everyone else seems to have unfiltered communication to them.

A couple of my largest firefighter clients are out in Cali and LA specifically. Sent them all texts this morning, praying they all come home safe and sound.
