DHL is by far THE WORST shipping company you can use. They dont operate in most countries but they only forward the package to "local" couriers for last mile. Local couriers for most countries ARE COMPLETE AND UTTER TRASH. Why not just use GLS or UPS in Europe? Cost saving?

48h stuck in my country cause my local post picked it up and is now sitting in their warehouse. Took 2 days to arrive from NL. Paying 10€ lmao. I'd rather pay 30€ for GLS/UPS and have it delivered as described.
