@surreal swallow @warm glacier . I believe they ship in bulk. So if you bought it today or yesterday. You guys would get the keyboard in about 2 weeks from that date or so. And if depending on what shipping method (maybe be under different companies depending how what shipping method)…you purchase depends on how fast it will ship to your doorstep. So if you bought fast shipping (2-6). That is the time when it lets the warehouse to your doorstep.

I bought my keyboard beginning on the month of May and received it on the 14th ish. Just my guess how they could be shipping things out. But it’s worth the wait. 😁

Yeah the estimated shipping time when you buy seems to just be a lie. My board was supposed to show up sometime in the next 3 days originally, but it's still waiting to be put in a box and shipped.

It's an estimate based on the best available information at the time of purchase.

In stock purchases are submitted for fulfillment within 12 hours of payment being received and settled. Fulfillment outside of peak batch shipment times gets completed within a day or two. Carriers will acknowledge having received the parcel within a day or two after that. Then it gets delivered within the given timeframe established by the shipping method estimates.

Any individual experience outside of that norm almost certainly has some alternative factor relevant such as payment verifications to defend against fraud, address errors, national holidays (or even just a normal weekend) or parcel carriers who do weird things all the time.

I was mighty suspicious when the website said it would get shipped and through customs on a holiday weekend, and then to my door in like 5 business days. That being said fulfillment times taking a few days is pretty normal for any company with a smaller staff size.

it may take upto an hour for the order to sync, if it still doesnt appear in the hub its possible you made a typo during checkout. in that case just email [e-mail] include full name and shipping adress and they will fix it for you

In my experience, in most cases, the faster shipping has only sped up a delivery by MAYBE a day if at all, so i just avoid it entirely nowadays. What youre describing probably isnt indicative of the delivery speed since it is out of their hands once they ship it out of the warehouse
