Best case they repackage and you get the KB worst case wooting has to deal with insurance and send you a new one

Yes this will work to get the ISO option presented to you, then you can set your shipping address to the USA during the checkout process once the ISO layout is in your cart and it will process as normal.

I assume you mean shipping updates from your parcel carrier, and I'm also assuming that your parcel carrier is DeutschePost, and finally I'm assuming that the last update was that it is exporting to your destination country.

If all three of those are correct assumptions, then it's just a waiting game. Once your local customs receives it and inspects it, it'll be handed over to your local postal delivery and their website's tracking will be the most up to date.

If those three assumptions are not correct, I recommend you to email [e-mail] for assistance
