I got my HE60 a few months ago, but it was stock, so the first chance I got, I ordered the Alumaze60, received the case last week and already made the switch, the typing experience is so different from the stock version, I can't even find the words to describe it... Wooting support ? Because SA Post is a lost cause. was hoping it wont end up in their hands but it did. There was a story of a woman that got contacted about a package at SA Post, turned out it was sent to her from her dad 15 years ago... So guess I will get it eventually

Unfortunately there is practically nothing that Wooting can do to find a parcel once it's in the hands of the parcel carrier. All we can do is ship a replacement if it is determined to have been lost, defined by the tracking not updating for a certain amount of time per shipping method and destination, referenced here.

It is yes, I have 2 of them with full set up. They are fantastic! No visible cable or mess. But, depends if you live in a hot country or use laptop it may come with an issue. It bubbles up on the surface with air trapped inside. They had 2 years to fix this issue and didn’t. Their advise is going to be to unscrew it and massage the air out 😂! But it will keep happening until you remove source of heat.

For those who are asking if Wooting is worth it? This is my GF’s set up and she has Razer Huntsman V2 keyboard. I pleaded with her to get Wooting but she refused. I tried gaming on her system and the difference is so big that I almost forgot how bad every other keyboard is. Wooting has been the single biggest game changer! You will love the responsiveness and precision! You honestly can’t go back to the mechanical stuff.

The only downside is if Wooting ever stops making keyboards or goes out of business. I will have to buy a console as PC gaming will never be the same 😂

It's not really cheaper to ship from HK to Asian countries than it is to ship from NL to Asian countries. Has to do with the logistics of a "back-haul" flight from Europe to Asia tending to be emptier than the haul from Asia to Europe, due to Europe being a net importer. There are freight shipment savings, though it's yet unclear how consistent those will be.

Ultimately the benefit to the customer is the time from mass production to delivery being several weeks shorter.

I’ve tried the sky pad 3.0, and honestly no I hated that mouse pad it wasn’t for me, the main reason is that any sort of dust or crumb on the glass makes it super noticeable, and you can feel discrepancies often (at least for me)

Even though it has such a good glide, you also have almost no control because the glide is so good

It’s really smooth though, but I would probably prefer glass mouse skates and a good cloth mousepad to me that feels much better, and you have a lot more control

Pros of a glass mousepad is very good glide, feels really smooth
Cons are you have to make sure it stays clean, you CANNOT use glass mouse skates with a glass mouse pad, and you have almost no control over your mouse

I usually keep backlight strobing off on my xg2431 but whenever I use it on the lightest mode, it's still very usable brightness wise

The motion clarity is already so good on the xg2431 I don't usually find myself wanting backlight strobing on anyway tbh

What it means is a specific reference to the type of keycap molding process. Typical "gamer" keycaps do not have closed loops like O or B or P because the plastic needs a connection point to hold on to that inner section encased in the transparent letter.

Ours have a "bridge" design on the inside of the keycaps, that can be seen by two little black dots underneath.

If you look very closely at your keycaps with a complete loop at like 70% brightness, you'll see two slightly darker spots where the light doesn't shine through the translucent letter as easily

This is due to that bridge behind it
