When you have a label created, that means the courier has picked up, but not yet scanned the package.

Most couriers lazily forgo this on pickup at the warehouse, and leave it for the sorting centers to handle within 1-2 days en masse.

Depends switches have heavier springs on Wooting60hr so for me apex mini feels faster but if your fine with doing a bit of modding you can change springs on Wooting 60he but Wooting 60he also has more software features so depends on preference

It's not stuck, it's just waiting its turn. Parcel carriers aren't concerned about getting your specific package to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. The 2HE is... a bit of a challenge.

Most keycaps will fit the 2HE, as with any other keyboard. But these four additional "Media keys" are not always included in keycap sets. So you'll want to make sure those are there in some form - or you'll be short four keycaps.

There is practically no difference between the 60HE and 2HE besides size. The 2HE has slightly higher latency because it has more keys to scan, however we have a focus mode which lets you make some of your keys match the 60HE and the rest to have higher latency as a tradeoff.

Another difference between the 60HE and 2He is modding capacity, if you are interested in that. The 60HE can be put into other 3rd party cases that follow the same standard, full size keyboards like the 2HE don't really have a standard, so you'd have to make your own custom case instead.

Suffice to say on a monthly basis, they all have problematic deliveries. It isn't "just" one or two of them.

one thing with the item being at the shipping facility is that it may be there but it may also be on a trailer that isn't scheduled to be unloaded at that site. Just got of the phone with FedEx are saying that it could’ve been a whole bunch of things.. Main thing being they have a ton of problems with ground economy/ SmartPost

1. SmartPost labels tend to get destroyed so they then get sent to a “lost and found” bin you yourself have to claim it.

2. It can get lost in the conveyor belt or or it can get stuck in the machine making it lost

MY advice to people who are thinking about buying a wooting is to get expedited unless it is all ground economy.

Anybody have a better way to get in contact with Wooting? Opened a service claim with USPS and they said there was a duplicate label or something along those lines & that I need to get in contact with the sender. Wooting support seems as if they will never reply back from what I’ve read in this discord. I opened a ticket with them 4 days ago & have yet to hear anything back. My keyboard is “delivered” in an entirely different state & it feels as if I’m getting 0 help from either side.
