The only issue I've encountered was the shift binding but that was fixed with a rubber o-ring on the cap's stem hole or whatever you call it lol

Nah, you can't drag them. I don't know how to save profiles to the board and I'm only able to cycle between two profiles with the shortcut Fn + Enter. Unfortunately it keeps forgetting which two profiles and goes back to Typing and Rapid.
