The app isn't meant to boot up.
You're meant to apply the most commonly used profile to the topmost slot on the board in Wootility, and then use the MODE and A1-A3 keybinds to swap between the profiles.

The short answer is that we decide how many keyboards get sent to US vs EU several months ahead of time and EU-store sales have outperformed in the last couple months putting them a bit further behind.
We're looking at reallocating some keyboards from US to EU to rebalance that a bit, but haven't made any concrete changes yet

Yes - The board always have four profiles. Can't get around that.
But you CAN unbind keybinds that get you to them. So they don't exist for all practical purposes.

Not sure how it’s going to work out. I had no interest in buying a white case but like I said the tofu look sold me. But I bought some key caps prior and going to throw them on. They are just a white to black gradient with a shine through on the side.

Here's an example of a wooden case that needs adjustments. Again - Measure twice before screwing anything in. We won't replace your dead PCB, if you screw it up 😄
