When outside forces start swaying actions like this, cliches tend to come into the mix more heavy handedly and things that might've set One Piece apart might start making it a lot more samey with other popular japanese media. There are a lot of plot points in a LOT of japanese media for their finales that feels homogenous at times and I'd like OP to avoid that
