I think Nami is one of living Birkans or at least have a blood of one, cause in Skypiea was heavily focused on Nami with her being able to adapt in sky island immediately and how she had so many interactions with Enel and even Oda assigned Nami with his fruit if she ate one, she was also sent to Weatheria where she met Harades who is Birkan himself and funny enough originally in Strong world movie it was supposed to take place in Weatheria where we would have found out about Nami’s past but that was changed for obvious reasons, also would explain how she was able to sense the weather especially where all of Birkans so far are associated with weathers in general with Enel having lighting fruit and Weatheria itself, hell Oda even drew Nami with an angel wing that seemed similar to how Birkan looks like too.
