And upon Luffy's coming death, his dream didn't die, as we were told dreams die if the person wavers and turns back. But Luffy stayed true and gave it his all to that point, so he went out like Roger, with a smile. However fate intervened.
Why or how, too early to tell, but this was no coincidence.
I am very much looking forward to digging deeper into this aspect of the story.||
