I think every team should have accomodations for foreign players, that would work for both quebecois going to a us or western team and for americans coming to quebec. the teams have enough money to afford that. The organisation itself should be welcoming, but also as an individual how do you move somewhere and don't try to learn the language. no need to become an expert just hold casual conversation, to talk to your neighbours, talk to the team mates, go to the grocery store
