But then he went and destroyed his own original films for the shitty vision he had and destroyed them by adding bad CGI and weird editing

Lucas' tenure at the top is marred by even greater failure than in the Disney era

I think Kennedy's greatest failure perhaps is the sequel trilogy but that was only a problem because it had a haphazard planning cycle and director changes but its a failure that's not dissimilar to the prequel films, which had an overall creative vision but squandered it all on bad storytelling choices throughout

Other than that, her track record at the top is a greater success than Lucas, which is why he trusted her so much over a period of 40 years and gave her the reigns to the company
