I finished Demon in White just recently and Howling Dark is probably my favorite sci fi book ever

I always pictured||the demiurge this way, but I pictured Hadrian with a bit longer hair, also had him and Aranata at the base of hill near waters, but I love the SHIT OUT OF THIS||
