Breaking bad ending ||I started enjoying this ending when I looked at it in a different light. At the end of season 4 walt had it made. Gus was dead, he had the money, and all he had to do was make amends and try ti fix his broken relationships. But s5 is the long rise of Walt’s infamy and pride and ego it also cost him as well. At some point walt stopped cooking for his family, and it became a secondary thing to him. That point is up to interpretation. But I’m fine with jesses conclusion as well. I think it’s purposefully left up to the viewer. He’s a tragic character, too good hearted for this business. Tried to escape multiple times but just can’t. Tragedy after tragedy. Manipulated by Gus and walt. Walt and jesses relationship is also complex in of itself. Really my only problems now are a lack of closure on Brock after ANDREA JUSG GOT KILLED(still pissed). And the damn flip flopping mental gymnastics skylar goes through in this show. Final villians were meh too, Gus was top tier||

Breaking bad ending ||walt is a fascinating character, as is his relationships with others and his real feelings. Like there’s a Walter white, then a Heisenberg||

Rings of power || I’m a lotr fan and I’ve been watching the episodes weekly, my initial thoughts were good, I like the theme, the settings, the visuals. Characters so far also seem pretty good (actors who play them). I have a gripe with the show using too much slow motion, god every episode I feel like I watch slow motion about 3 times. We also have a pretty heavy Galadriel centered show, if the show was retitled to “Galadriel’s journey” I would not even think twice about it. Some cringey/weird scenes but it’s expected (eg the slow mo Galadriel horse beach scene, the harfoot touching the crater dude wen his arm was on ice, that one orc who had like 3 chances to kill the elf but just threw him against a wall), I know it’s nitpicky but these things make or break a show for me. to me it can show how lazy writers / producers / directors get and don’t bother polishing a great show ||

So I just got done watching Cloverfield. Overall pretty good, even if it did leave me a bit nauseous with the camerawork
That being said (Coverfield Spoiler ahead) || My heart skipped a beat when they turned on the night vision in the tunnel lmao. And Marlena's death was extremely well done, but also is still stuck in my head what an awful way to go my lord. ||
