Okay so this is bothering me enough that I’m gonna post a bonafide theory.

Momo might not have a hybrid form.

First of all, his fruit is considered a failure by Vegapunk. There has to be some reason for that. Also, whenever Momo transforms, it’s with a puff of smoke. We know it’s not just because it’s a mythical zoan because we just saw Yamato transform and she does it like every other zoan. Same with Kaido and Marco.

So I wonder if 3ETribe aren't able to traditionally read the poneglyphs but are able to see the memories surrounding them and other historical objects as a result of the haki put into them. Thus Pudding would use her fruit to share the memories while Robin can read and understand the Poneglyphs in order to explain them. Like Pudding has access to the raws but Robin is able to translate them.

This theory on how zoro ended up on on east-blue seems very plausible. As for why koushirou (zoro's sword master) didn't tell him about his heritage - I doubt he even told his daughter kuina (if he even knows he is a shimotsuki himself; probably does). If he does know, it makes sense that he wouldn't tell them of their famous heritage as samurai are humble, and he'd probably want to see zoro and kuina getting stronger from the ground up, making their own names for themselves.

I think Luffy gaining partial g4 transformations is highly probable and will allow him to fight at a much higher level.

Firstly, it seems G4 in terms of purpose is a mix of what g2 and g3 was in the past. It’s a high energy form that lets luffy fight at a higher level at a potentially huge cost if misused/overused. The way Luffy mastered g2 was by not spamming it past exhaustion anymore, and instead being able to use it in strategic focused bursts. The way he mastered g3 from how I see is he learned to control how much his body contracts when he lets his air out. Naturally if these gears which once came at huge costs, can become more efficient and accessible with mastery, then so can g4.

Since time skip luffy rarely uses g2 or 3 for more than moments at a time and that’s how he preserves his stamina while still being able to utilize a gear whenever he needs to. Furthermore the flexibility of being able to switch gears so readily allows him to circumvent issues such as being in a slow bulky g3 state and open for attack, or quickly burning through his energy with g2.

There should be no reason why he can’t show such mastery with g4. Now before I begin sounding like I’m invalidating the need for a full g4 transformation, let’s first acknowledge that bounceman provides a huge boost in defence offence and speed, (while other g4 forms provide significant boosts in a less all purposed, more specialized way). However, when does Luffy need all these boosts at once? I argue rarely he’ll need all of it. When he attacks, he doesn’t always need to defend. When his speed is enough to dodge, he definitely doesn’t need to waste energy on defence. When he’s not attacking, he doesn’t need offence. Etc etc. So why waste all that energy and haki maintaining the form when he doesn’t need all those boosts during every moment? If Luffy manages to blitz with the speed of g2, and pull out a coc coated kong gun with partial g4 transformation, the attack will have the ferocity and effectiveness of g4, without the brutal energy costs of the full transformation.

Naturally the reason we’re not seeing such a thing atm is due to Luffy’s lack of mastery. Luffy doesn’t seem to know how to buff up only parts of his body at a time, maybe he hasn’t considered the possibility of doing it. Also we know Luffy can to some degree control the way he transforms, that’s how he can utilize differing forms, so it seems really probable that partial transformations are on the table, and Luffy learning them will make his fighting form much more flexible, efficient, and terrifying.

So it seems to me that the 3 races Big Mom does not have in Totto Land are as follows:
-Giants
-Lunarian
-Oni

What all these have in common are that they’re in a sense “mythological”, beings you don’t ordinarily see in the One Piece world. Kind of like spoken legends, like folklore characters.

So I am essentially thinking is that Elbaf will be the place all 3 of these races will be further tied into the story. Especially if Big Mom would to remain as the antagonist of that arc, it would in a sense come full circle to better understand why she’s never been able to obtain any of these 3 races and importantly the current state of the races.

Nonetheless it seems to be people who aren’t directly inherited to these groups have some lineage to these 3, like Yamato & Kaido with the Oni, Sanji, Nika & the Lunarians, Usopp, Noland & possibly Joyboy with the Giants. All of these developing sub plot points seem to be pointing towards a possible connection and Elbaf being the place of uncovering it all or at least scratching the surface.

*Also this is not really a “theory”, just me spit balling some ideas. A food for thought, so you guys could make anything up out of this idea.

If the prediction about Aokiji as the 10th BB captain true, then it's a good point for Yamato. Both are roughly equal in strength and have the same element.

Especially when Aokiji's nick is "blue pheasant". If you look up blue pheasant, that animal color scheme matches Yamato : red, green, blue mixing.
