try to draw with better ergonomics until you find what suits you best personally

but a few things to try
make pencil thicker, can help with not needing to grip with more force and it can just sits on your hand. some people I've seen even make it way big until they have a ball in their palms basically

do big stroke with your arms, alleviate the wrist and fingers. to do this you prolly need to change your sitting posture a bit. play around with it.

Personally I've found thicker pecils are not too comfortable to hold, but when I draw digital art my pen does have a good amount of rubber padding on it, so that helps.
As for the grip and shoulder, that's the main thing I've been focusing on, I'm pretty good at using my shoulder already but I've been doing my best correcting my grip and posture

Hey that's ok too! Art is a process :3 and you do what makes you feel better in the process! My adjusting typically happens as soon as I finish the sketch xhchghv which involves me redrawing a few times in the moment and using mesh transforming to finalize it (which the sketch becomes my line art) because I stopped doing actual lineart years ago,, mostly cos of my friends lintu's art and how she draws Usopp also was one to inspire me and I was like, wait no doing one art process was holding me back

No two artists are alike and I love seeing/ hearing others process

I used to get so stressed out doing lineart

Because I was very peculiar about it

I have shaky hands too

(now if only I could break my habit of scrolling Instagram while drawing that would be cool xD)

have you tried using the overhand grip? it puts zero pressure on the hand

has a steep learning curve though, I don't really use it for drawing that much anymore, but it taught me how to use the shoulders and elbows instead of just the wrist and fingers

it's technically for more traditional mediums, but it helps getting used to relying on the shoulders which is much bigger muscle so pain isn't on the hand
