cool ok, honestly! it depends what kind of art you want to do, I've used 3,
firealpaca: good for animating, has custom brushes, free!! also has custom assets, really easy to use.
medibang: honestly abt the same as firealpca, except it doesn't have animation and from what i remember it has better custom content.
krita: havent used in a while, but its a little more complicated then both, harder to use but has its benefits

I practiced asf these years and still my don't have the recognition i wish they had.

I would say that the skirt should go a bit lower and extend the lower part of her waist to give her hips area to exist. Similar could be said about her shoulder/neck proportions but on a finer line detailing. The boots and bucket can probably get some extra depth added given the pose. And maybe a slight adjustment to where it would slightly cave in where her eye sockets would naturally indent on her face with the angle shown.
