I don't consider that bad. I'd use AI art to reference stuff for myself if I was actively drawing anyway. AI generated imagery should be considered not differently from 3D dolls, in my opinion. You pose your generic shape in any pose you'd like for reference, but you wouldn't go around posting screenshots of that software and calling it art.

I'd try to get multiple references that aren't ai generated instead first, and you can't find what you need, then ai generate it, if you want to be safe
