Hello guys, ive been working on a tier list from inspiration of a youtuber ranking one piece characters, so i decided to do my own. Im ranking these characters F- SSSS and lastly, the best character. Ive spent hours working on it, trying to be as fair as possible. Im ranking these characters based on unique design, development, like-ability, impact, etc. Any factor you can think of is applied to the tier list. I want to note that many characters are missing becuase they either weren't available or i haven't seen them yet. I also want to note that other than the categries the characters are in no specific order (ex. one SS character placed before another SS means nothing). Lastly, i wanted to limit all categories (aside from the Best, which is meant to be 1 character) to 2 rows of characters MAX, because too many characters would fall into the same category.
