CPU & Network would be the main limitations
if you're using the new Paper chunk system and have a few threads allocated and/or are using Folia, that should help a lot with the CPU stuff
but the network is the real problem at scale, cause just sending all those TCP packets and stuff full of data is so much bandwidth, my server of around ~120 players gets near the 500 Mb/s upload with big events and stuff

one thing that I don't really like about a lot of dark mode designs is that they remove color (duckduckgo as a huge example), but I still use dark mode anyways since the light mode can be a bit bright at times lol
