Note that while fast travel itself doesn't soft lock Taras Nabad, if you do the Slayer gate after unlocking fast travel and die in the gate or reload checkpoint, jumping off will not bring you to the end of the level.

It will, actually; you just need to jump off in towards the entrance of that room; i.e. there's a bridge that leads to the crucible at the center of the room; jump towards that, not just down from where the crucible is; I did that after completing the gate and combat challenges and it worked right away.

I've beaten the campaign on Nightmare, the DLC on UV and most of the MLs on UV; I had to really up my game, especially for the MLs, and it's just amazing to see how I've improved, so it's totally possible; just gotta git gud.

Unironically just use Mobile Turret. While MT isn't great against normal Marauders, the increased animation speed on spirit Marauders causes a weird stun lock with Mobile Turret against spirit Marauders.

Worst case, you get some damage in but they shield because the timing is off, so you just back off while they're shielding shots (be careful of dog after). Best case, you one cycle them.

Cause some levels are more intensive than others. Atlantica is the big one, but Holt has an issue where in the Slayer gate the rest of the level is still loaded, so looking in certain directions results in fps drops

pause boost is a new skill that i learned

Pause Boosts are so hilarious to me cause you'd think that theyd be used more in runs, but there's just so much other movement they become superfluous :P

But they're a great introduction for speedrunning I think. Very easy to do but extremely useful

Well it's not that they "should" be. Pause Boosts are allowed in speedruns. It's just that other skips or movement tech are faster. Like punch boosts or dash boosts, etc.

Graphics drivers can be the reason why the video game is crashing on startup. More than 50% of game crashes are due to outdated Graphic drivers. Hence, it is always recommended to update the Graphics driver once in a while. If you haven't done it yet then update your Graphics driver and see if the issue persists
