I think it's left over from an earlier draft of Eternal that had you going to the Tower of Babel and killing Erebus. Somewhere along the way they changed it to Nekravol and Kalibas.

I don't think it has anything to do with canon. 2016 implied the Tower of Babel was ruins by the time UAC found it.

FSE makes the bring-up speed of a weapon faster and allows you to swap out of it faster after firing

mobile turret actually got about the same DPS as pb rocket lol, depending a bit on FPS

ssg ballista got a bit higher DPS than pb rocket if you're in very close range

pb ssg got the highest DPS out of any practical combo (in close range)

at least for more sophisticated combos, the rocket shouldn't be usef without FSE, making e.g. ballista rocket kinda mid (unless you use BATS), especially cuz the ammo consumption

One time I fought a buff stacked marauder for like an hour straight and it made possessed or buffed marauders feel normal afterwards it was actually really helpful

ai haste is very fun to mess around with, great for practice too

randomizer+ai haste 1,5 and damage to player 1,5 is great for practice imo

you can't pre-plan, enemies are more punishing, and it's much easier to mess up due to the ai haste

I did a troll level on ultra violence and it just felt like the enemies weren’t even attacking me because of how less aggressive they were, obviously it won’t be the same for this because nightmare is still pretty aggressive but it could make the game feel slower and easier

in troll levels (such as TIKKETMASTER's doom hunter base) enemies will often just stand there and do nothing though

even with extra tokens

and pair that with UV's reduced tokens compared to nightmare, probably not a ton will happen

I think unless it's a super slow moving or easy to predict attack 300 damage is just stupidly broken, especially when you are on levels with tons of enemies. You can see a possessed blood makyr to the side in that, if that did double damage it'd do 600 and just one tap you which isn't fair at all

This is a game about movement. It says it as a tip when loading into a level that if you stand still for too long, you're dead. The amount of mobility and verticality you can get in eternal is insane. I haven't really even noticed this attack that much but i wish i did because this to me seems like the ultimate skill check for your reaction time and awareness. That one can be avoided with a simple dash. This convo ended with this projectile going through the pillar which he didn't see coming and wasn't supposed to happen. To that i say "fair". The projectile is easy to dodge, but i'm not blaming him for dying to it here since he thought he was safe
