I'm pretty sure the Barons dont spawn until you kill 1 Tyrant. So why not weaken a Tyrant, the kill the other Tyrant, then kill the 1st Tyrant?

Also if you kill the one closer to the 2nd buff totem, the other Tyrant is normally "stuck" under the bridge in the center, so you can just go to the left side of the arena from the start and won't even need to deal with the Tyrant at all.

And if the Barons push, you can then go to the right side where the 1st buff totem was, hide/restack for a bit, then when the Barons push go back to the left side, rinse/repeat.

It's been ages so I don't even remember the usual way of dealing with the arena. I know there's a decent BFG lineup but I definitely don't know it by heart

In case either of you did not know, dog only spawns when the Marauder blocks any shots (yours or enemy ai shots). Dunno how much you may have known about that

Keep in mind that BFG tendrils will stun possessed enemies which is why BFG is generally preferable (along with a lot of other math/ease of use arguments)

You want to get as far away as possible, then bfg directly at him.

Against super heavies, BFG does more damage in impact and splash damage than it does tendrils (but the tendrils stunning them gives breathing room)

That shouldn't normally be a problem buuut

Make sure you're able to pull out energy shield after a chainsaw then. It gives 360 degree protection for 0 ammo.

For hellforged you need to get 4 streaks, so you need to win 4 out of 5 consecutive matches. It’s only doable in public matches

With pc the skill ceiling is way higher, so you’ll sometimes see some insane demon duos. You have to know which demons to prioritize like the dread knight during round start for the first 20 seconds, or any demon that a mancubus is paired with as it’s easy to kill the mancubus by itself. Learning the maps helps a lot. Always use the jump pads and the portals, each taking you close enough to enemy spawn. ALWAYS USE MEATHOOK. It’s essential for survival and playing through loot blocks. Try to bait out a early loot block, I’d say fire a few shots and chainsaw in front of the demons, if they’re bad they’ll prob waste at least 1 loot block. For upgrades generally dashing is your first pick, then you can do sentinel infused or master carve. Sentinel infused has more value in a match against a dread knight due to the i frames you can use to get around dread knights berserk. Speaking of, try to glory kill/chainsaw during dread knights berserk, it’ll waste the timer. Pain elementals might be tricky if they understand movement, but your best bet is to just pb ballista them from far away. Marauder is hard to hit so use pb rocket or pb sticky splash damage if you can’t hit them. Mancubus is a slow moving target, toss a grenade at them for easy chip damage

It can be challenging due to the small arena. You need to delete the first one quick (I can't remember which one spawns first, armored baron?) Since the spirit one really doesn't move much.

An easy way to clear that baron is to have an ice bomb ready for when it spawns. Ice bomb it (it will freeze right before it gets possessed) and then hit it with a BFG shot and lock on bursts.

Like the creature design in the ‘05 movie is pretty damn good. Basing these dem-mutations off of Doom 3’s demons was a smart choice and I think they did a pretty good job at translating those designs onto the big screen

The pinky in particular looks really good and is probably the highlight of the film for me

However, making hell metaphorical and not having any mention of demons kinda defeats the purpose of making a doom movie a bit, which is where Annihilation succeeds slightly more

Well first, you should definitely use ice bomb more often if you're rarely using them, but...

the "best" way to deal with Cacos would be
Sticky Bombs > Arbalest = DBlade > 2 Ballistas > Lock On Burst

And even then Arb is probably usually better than Dblade if it's just 1 Caco. If you can hit 2 it's about as good, more than 2 Cacos and it's the best, blah blah blah, situational situational etc etc

Since you mentioned "massive combats" I will also put out there that if you use Dazed/Confused (a rune), you can sticky bomb Cacos and not even worry about glory killing them for a long time. Then if you sticky bomb them again, 1 precision bolt shot should kill them (Cacos swallowing bombs does a specific amount of damage to Cacos, and 2 is enough that they're extremely weak)

It classifies as non lethal so it’s unable to kill a cacodemon no matter how many sticky bombs you use, but after about three sticky bombs something as weak as the meathook or a single hc shot could kill them
