It feels like whenever I use the microwave beam it often locks onto another enemy even if I'm aiming in the right place.

Yeah it’s happened to me a few times

Don’t really like using it for the most part. Only really good when an enemy is near death and you want a quick stun (other weapons do that) or there’s no one else left.

Guess it’s good for interrupting charge attacks by demons but it leaves you open to so much damage that it’s usually not worth it

The micheal wave bean is actually really good. Enough that I banned it from my weapons because of how easy it made archviles. Like yeah you're open to many attacks but if you know how to dodge you can literally just cook anything to death.

Also vs spirit buffed enemies, it's the only thing that stuns them ( unless the hammer does? I never use it lol )

• arch soft falter cooldown is 4 seconds and the summon sequence takes way longer than that, so you can pb at practically any point and still interrupt it

quickswapping relies on fast state, not pb specifically, and not even hc specifically, deadswapping from ssg to pr would give you the same benefit as ssg to hc

in fact, pb is so irrelevant here that quickswapping would still look basically the same if id had kept the pb nerf from patch 2 or whatever

your way of fighting marauders would also look the same so there's really no reason to not ban it
